I can do that stuff from 0:45-0:50 pretty well, but other than that I'm pretty much screwed.

When I was a kid - I practically lived at the swimming pool in the summer. This might have been fun to know then. I can remember sitting under water holding my breath and looking up at the clock on the building to see how long I could go. We didn't know any fancy "tricks" which was probably a good thing looking back at some of the things we tried. I could beat all but one kid who was kind of freaky how long he could stay under water. I remember the day he swam 3 lengths of our Olympic sized pool under water - best I could do was 2+ and that was tough - we had several kids who could do that though.
