A great time. I'll go to my grave saying the best times I had lifting were hanging out with other lifters, eating and sharing. Some crazy stuff went down that I'll leave for the videographers.
I just wanted to say that I'm so glad we can get together and enjoy each other. -------------------- Patient consistency will always triumph over fickle enthusiasm.

There's not much I can add to that. Good friends - good food - heavy stuff to lift = good times.
We all just came from the Arnold Fitness Classic - an example on what this whole thing is NOT about - at least to me. Artificial people with artificial bodies, artificial strengths, and the "show" - it reminds me of a huge train wreck waiting to happen - you don't want to watch but you can't help yourself. Gotta admit I talked to bunch of nice people though. People keep telling me I just don't understand - probably never will - guess I'm OK with that. Teresa and I continue to be blessed with the people we meet and become friends with in this game of life and strength, -------------------- Age wrinkles the body. Quitting wrinkles the soul.
